SHIPPING METHODS
Each order transmitted to ALBAGROUP S.R.L. is equivalent to a contractual proposal from the customer and it is therefore binding for ALBAGROUP S.R.L. only if:
- it is complete in all its parts
- it contains all the elements necessary to correctly identify the products ordered
- it is confirmed and accepted by ALBAGROUP S.R.L.
- ALBAGROUP S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept orders that are incomplete or lacking the data necessary for their fulfillment. The documentation for tax purposes, relating to the products ordered, is issued by ALBAGROUP S.R.L. when the order is shipped.
ALBAGROUP S.R.L ships throughout the European Community.
The shipping cost in Italy is € 6,90 and is free for orders over €79,00.
In the European Community the cost of shipping is € 15,00 for AREA 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden), € 21,00 for AREA 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia) and is free for orders over € 129,00.
Shipments by ALBAGROUP S.R.L. will take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery in Italy takes approximately 1/3 working days from the moment the parcel is picked up by the express courier. Delivery within the European Community takes 4/9 working days. During Black Friday and other similar promotions, delivery times may be longer.
N.B. These times are quoted by the express courier and therefore cannot be guaranteed by us. Delivery is from Monday to Friday.
In case of non-delivery, the courier will automatically make a second delivery. If this last attempt is also unsuccessful, the customer must contact Maqua Cosmetics to arrange a further delivery attempt.
ALBAGROUP S.R.L. shall do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the terms indicated.
The consumer is invited to contact info@maquacosmetics.com in the event of a delay in delivery and in any case to report any inefficiency detected. ALBAGROUP S.R.L. is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and/or delays attributable solely to the Courier.
